CARDAMOM
- Cardamom futures prices today fell by 1.68 per cent to Rs 910.40 per kg as speculators booked profits at prevailing levels amid subdued spot demand.
- Adequate stocks availability in the physical market also put pressure on the cardamom prices in futures trade.
- At the Multi Commodity Exchange, cardamom for delivery in May declined by Rs 15.60, or 1.68 per cent, to Rs 910.40 per kg in business turnover of 431 lots.
- Likewise, the spice for delivery in April shed Rs 9.60, or 1.07 per cent, to Rs 887 per kg with trading volume of 174 lots.
