Today, Cardamom prices went up by 0.33 % at the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on account of good buying support from both exporters and upcountry buyers and also on hopes of improved export demand. At MCX, August 2015 contract for Cardamom futures were trading at Rs 812 per kg, up by 0.33 per-cent, after opening at Rs. 810 against the previous closing price of Rs. 810.60.
It attained the intra-day high of Rs. 815.10 till the time of trade. (Today, At 10.45 AM). Sentiment improved further as a result of firm requirement in the market against prohibited arrivals from manufacturing belts of Chandausi in UP(Uttar Pradesh).Click Here Agri tips

The most-important markets for cardamom in India are Bodinayakanur, Kumbum, Vandanmendu, Thekkady, Kumily and Pattiveeran Patti in Kerala.
