Agri tips for Today : Cardamom prices fell down by 5.15 per-cent at the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) due to the adequate stocks availability in the physical market on account of higher supply from the producing belts of Chandausi in Uttar Pradesh. At MCX, November 2015 contract for Cardamom futures were trading at Rs. 680 per kg, down by 5.15 per-cent, after opening at Rs. 688.30 against the previous closing price of Rs. 716.90. It touched the intra-day low of Rs. 675 till the trading time at 10.45 am today. Sentiment weakened further as the traders booked profits at the prevailing levels in the midst of a subdued requirement for the commodity.
Barley Trading - Barley prices ended high by 1.17 per-cent on yesterday at the NCDEX as a result of strong requirement from beer and cattle-feed making industries against prohibited supply in physical markets.

At the NCDEX, barley futures for Nov, 2015 contract closed at Rs. 1,469 per quintal, up by 1.17 per-cent, after opening at Rs. 1,458 against the past closing price of Rs. 1,452. It reached the intra-day high of Rs. 1,478.
