Major nifty & sensex gainers - GAIL India (up 1.3 per-cent), HUL (up 1.2 per-cent), Sun Pharma (up 1.1 per-cent), M&M (up 0.8 per cent), and Bajaj Auto (up 0.5 per-cent). While the major loosers were TCS (down 4.4 per-cent), Infosys (down 3.7 per-cent), ICICI Bank (down 2.4 per-cent), and Maruti Suzuki (down 2.1 per-cent) were the major Sensex gainers.
