Agri tips & updates : Jeera prices closed lower by 2.96 per-cent on yesterday at the National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Limited on account of a surge in the supply from the manufacturing areas in the midst of a decline in the export requirement.
At the NCDEX, Dec 2015 contract for jeera futures closed at Rs. 14,595 per quintal, down by 2.96 per-cent, after opening at Rs. 14,975 as compared to the previous closing price of Rs. 15,040. It touched the intra-day low of Rs. 14,595.
