Today, Nifty futures edged low, Sensex also low 23 Feb, 2016

The S&P BSE Sensex started lower by 100 points in Tuesday morning trade tracking mixed cues from other Asian markets. The losses on the index were led by "HDFC Bank, ITC, Bajaj Auto and Bharti Airtel ".

The 50-share NSE barometer "Nifty-50" , edged low in trade to slide below its critical support level of 7,200. The losses in energy, banking & pharma counters weighed on the index.

The broader market traded in line with benchmark indices with the BSE midcap and BSE smallcap indices trading with losses of 0.12 and 0.05 per-cent. While the market breadth remained mixed with 5 of every 10 BSE stocks trading in the black.

The BSE FMCG was the top loser among the sectoral indices, trading low by 0.78 per-cent.

Nifty-50 was trading above level of 7550 2 Feb, 2016


Today, the S&P BSE Sensex started flat trading trend in morning trade ahead of RBI policy review, led by gains in Tata Motors,Infosys, Sun Pharma, L&T, and HDFC Bank. Click for Bullion tips While the Nifty-50 was trading above its critical psychological level of 7550, supported by gains in consumer durable, capital goods, auto, and realty stocks.

The INR(rupee) rose 3 paise to 67.81 as compared to US dollar in early trading today ahead of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) bimonthly policy review later today.

Share market: Sensex pares gains after regaining 25K

Today, the S&P BSE Sensex pared gains and turned negative after reclaiming its critical psychological level of 25,000 in morning trade, led by gains in Sun Pharma, L&T, HDFC Bank, Lupin, and Bharti Airtel.

The Nifty-50 came in some selling pressure after striking an intraday high of 7,592.32, weighed down by losses in oil & metal, auto, gas and consumer durable stocks. The index was still trading above its critical support level of 7,550.

Shares of L&T went high more than 3 per-cent in trade after Q3 results. In the meantime, shares of Aurobindo pharma cracked up to 5 per-cent. Lupin was trading higher by 2 per-cent.

Sensex regained, SpiceJet shares jumped over 10%

Today, the S&P BSE Sensex reunited over by 200 points in morning trade led by gains in ICICI Bank, SBI, HDFC Bank, Tata Motors and Infosys.

The Nifty-50 scaled above its critical level of 7,450 supported by gains in capital goods, metal, oil & gas, realty, and power stocks.

Shares of Airlines "SpiceJet" jumped over 10 per-cent while that of Force Motors climbed by 6 per-cent. ONGC also traded with gains of over 2 per-cent to become the top most gainer on the BSE Sensex. In the mean time, Bharti Airtel lost near 3 per-cent.

Nifty futures tips : Sensex bounced back over 200 points 8 Jan, 2016


Today's Nifty futures tips & updates :  The S&P BSE Sensex rushed more than 200 points in morning trading following markets of asia which were trading high after the People's Bank of China (PBoC) set its yuan fix rate high at 6.5636, signaling the Chinese central bank is unwilling to let the currency slide.

The rally in the index was led by gains in Sun Pharma, RIL, HDFC BankBSE 0.50 %, InfosysBSE 0.83 %, Axis Bank & Tata Motors.

Nifty regain some points, Sensex started flat 31 Dec, 2015


Today,  the S&P BSE Sensex started flat, but with a positive bias in morning trade ahead of F&O expiry, led by gains in HDFC, Infosys, HDFC Bank, M&M, & Coal India.

The Nifty-50 regained its critical psychological resistance level of 7,900, supported by gains in pharma, metal, consumer durable, and FMCG stocks.

The S&P BSE Midcap Index was up 0.28 per-cent & the bse & s&p smallcap Index was trading 0.29 per-cent high.

Amid lack of directional sign from currency markets world widely, the rupee fell down 5 paise to 66.44 as compared to the US(United States) dollar in today's early trade.
